The Book of Enoch was one of the most widely accepted and respected books in Jewish culture before and up to the birth of Jesus (Yahshua’s). Early Christians in the first century accepted the writings of the book of Enoch as an authentic scripture, including the part about the fallen angels and their ultimate judgment. The Book of Enoch, just like the book of Daniel, originally was written in Hebrew and Aramaic. Only the Ethiopic manuscripts exist today.
